3. Services & Appointments
Booking Consultations:
You may request a free consultation or book design services via the contact form, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Service Agreement:
Once a service scope is agreed upon, a project estimate or written agreement will be shared. Work will only commence after mutual confirmation, which may include an upfront payment.
Cancellations:
For confirmed appointments or services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after work has started may incur a fee, based on the stage and scope of work.
4. Payments & Pricing
Prices for design and renovation services vary depending on project size, location, and client needs. Once quoted, pricing is valid for a limited period and subject to change if project scope changes.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank Transfer / UPI / Cash
- Other payment methods may be arranged upon request
Partial advance payments are required for most projects. The remaining balance is due in stages or upon project completion, as agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of Estate Contractor unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any materials without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Estate Contractor strives to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delays due to third-party suppliers or external events
- Design results not matching subjective expectations, where proper brief and consent were given
- Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or modifications done after delivery
7. Warranty and Aftercare
Estate Contractor provides limited aftercare and support following project completion. Any warranties on materials or furniture are subject to manufacturer terms.
For issues after handover, we offer reasonable assistance, provided they relate to our work and occur within the defined aftercare period.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the site and services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
